Division Mission: To administer competitive, quality, and comprehensive benefits that provide health, safety and financial protection for state employees, retirees, and their families in a cost-effective manner.

| Develop strategies to continue to reduce the cost of workers' compensation insurance premium to state agencies. | Engage with the 9 largest state agencies to build effective safety committees and programs, claim management procedures, and return-to-work programs. Develop two additional WCMB program offerings for State agencies which bring value to their agency safety culture. Identify key safety/work comp partners in every state agency. |
