The State of Montana's Live Life Well Program mission is to promote healthy lifestyle choices and improve the health, well being and quality of life of our employees, legislators, retirees and their families.

The Health Care & Benefits Division (HCBD) coordinates all wellness programs available to members of the State of Montana Benefit Plan (State Plan). Members can pick and choose as many wellness programs to participate in as they like.
