Did you know that as a State Plan member or covered dependent you have access to no cost wellness events and presentations? Classes are offered by a variety of different presenters. Classes labeled "By Premise Health Coaching" are open to plan all members except Medicare retirees. Click here for more information on who is eligible to attend classes offered by Premise Health Coaching.
Good news! All virtual events are available to all eligible members, not just those in Health Center areas.

Click here for the online registration instructions. Please note, this only applies to Premise Health Coaching classes.
Don’t delay – classes have limited size and require registration!
If you cannot make class, please extend the courtesy of canceling.
