Did you know that as a State Plan member or covered dependent you have access to no cost wellness events and presentations? Classes are offered by a variety of different presenters. Classes labeled "By Premise Health Coaching" are open to plan members who are able to access the Montana Health Centers. Online Registration Instructions

Registration for all classes must be received 24 hours prior to class. We cannot guarantee that registrations received less than 24 hours prior will be honored.

PLEASE NOTE: CareHere is now Premise!  This means that to register for a Premise Health Coaching class you will need to create a new account on the Premise web site, if you haven't already.  Follow the online registrations instructions HERE.  Please note, this only applies to Premise Health Coaching classes.

Don’t delay – classes have limited size and require registration!

If you cannot make class, please extend the courtesy of cancelling.


Request a Class or Presentation

If you are interested in a class or presentation but find it doesn't match a day or time that works for you, consider inviting a Health Coach to come to you! Health Coaches are available for on-site visits. Enrich your departmental/staff meetings with a guest speaker. Suggested topics are available, or you can request a topic of interest for your group. Complete an electronic request for a class or presentation at www.surveymonkey.com/r/pptrequest. Walk with Ease is for anyone who is looking to start or maintain a low impact exercise program. The Walk with Ease is a 6-week, independent walking program. You get to pick when, where, and how long you would like to walk for. Each week you will receive a weekly, encouraging e-mail to help you get started and keep yourself motived to walk. During the 6-weeks, you will keep track and report your weekly walking minutes.
