One-on-One Appointments

  • The Montana Health Centers, operated by Premise Health, provides no-cost virtual behavioral health services.
    • State Plan members and their dependents have access to confidential appointments with licensed counselors and social workers.
    • Montana Health Center Behavioral Health providers are available virtually to any State Plan member in the State of Montana.
    • Providers are accepting new patients! 
    • Visit healthcenter.mt.gov/Behavioral-Health or call (855) 200-6822 (TTY 711) to get started.
  • The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), operated by Guidance Resources, provides no-cost confidential solutions to life's challenges. 
    • State Plan members, their dependents and household members have access to up to 6 free visits with an eligible provider, work-life solutions, legal guidance, financial resources, and online support. 
      • EAP participating providers can be accessed virtually, or you can opt for a face to face visit with a local participating provider.
    • Work & Lifestyle Support such as finding child/elder/pet care, hiring movers, or home repair contractors.
    • Financial Resources such as retirement planning, tax assistance, identity theft support, budgeting, and debt.
    • Legal Guidance such as divorce, adoption, real estate, landlord/tenant issues, discounted legal representation.

Eating Disorders

State Plan coverage for eating disorders depends on the services that are being provided and the benefits for those services specifically. Examples of covered services may include: 

  • Intensive Outpatient Psychiatric services
  • Office Visits
  • Nutritional Therapy - 3 visit limitation per Plan Year.
  • Individual Psychotherapy
  • Telemedicine visit Behavioral Health

Looking for a group presentation on mental health?

  • State Plan members have access to no cost wellness events and presentations.  Classes are offered by a variety of different presenters: benefits.mt.gov/Live-Life-Well/Wellness-Workshops.
  • Are you looking for a presenter to come talk with your group about mental well-being or State Plan benefits?  You may request a specific topic or presentation just for your group: surveymonkey.com/s/pptrequest.
