The Stay Active Challenge ran May 6, 2024 through June 9, 2024.
We're all on the same team in this year's Governor's Stay Active Challenge - Montana on the Move! Every bit of activity you do counts toward the collective activity goal and helps us build a stronger community...together. This 5-week physical activity challenge is virtual and suitable for all activity levels and types of activity. All kinds of activities count.
You'll track your activity during the five weeks and enter it into the Sonic Boom system so it can accumulate towards a team activity goal!

- Improved health
- Opportunities for connection with other Challenge members
- On Sonic Boom: use the "Caught Ya" feature to share photos of yourself and others engaging in positive activities.
- On Sonic Boom: Once the Challenge begins, use the chat feature to talk and connect with other Challenge members.
- In Helena: Join the Stay Active Hiking Series!
- Share photos of yourself and others "staying active" to enter the Stay Active Photo Contest. Visit the Live Life Well Facebook page and post your photo, or email it to benefitsquestions@mt.gov. Open to members of the Stay Active Challenge and photos must be received by June 9, 2024.
