Live Life Well Challenges

To participate in the Challenges, you will need to have an account on Sonic Boom.    

1. If you don't already have a Sonic Boom account, you will need to create an one.  Visit Sonic Boom Wellness at som.app.sbwell.com.
2. When creating a new account, select "New to Sonic Boom? Click here to create a new account." 
   • Enter your birth date. You will also need to know your six-digit employee/retiree ID number. Your employee ID number can be found on your ID badge, paycheck, or in SABHRS.   
   • Covered spouses, domestic partners, and joint core partner members must make their own account using their birth date and the primary employee/retiree’s six-digit ID number followed by an “S.” For example: "000654S."

Battle of the Businesses - Registration open!

Join us in the ultimate showdown of steps with the Battle of the Businesses contest, brought to you by Sonic Boom Wellness. Starting August 12th, this 2-week contest pits the State of Montana against other businesses to win bragging rights for the most activity.  

It’s not just about competing against your colleagues; we’re taking on teams from Harborstone Credit Union, Nintendo, Kerry Group, and more! For two weeks, we’ll rack up as many steps as we can to climb the leaderboard and show ‘em what we’re made of.
