The providers support you in programs that include weight and stress mananagement, tobacco cessation, health coaching, disease management, and more!
These providers are available by phone or online, so all members have access to these programs. Your information is confidential and may not be viewed by anyone else other than the health center team.

What is the story behind the Montana Health Centers?
The State opened its first employee health center in Helena in August 2012. Since then we have opened two more, one in Billings and one in Miles City.

You must have an appointment for a health screening. The health centers cannot take walk-ins for health screenings.
New Deadlines for Health Screening Discount!
To qualify for the discount in 2014, we have to:
- Complete our health screening at a Montana Health Center by December 31, 2013, and
- Complete our online health assessment at www.myCigna.com by January 6, 2014 (this is where you tell us if you are tobacco-free).
Once you have registered online, scheduling online is easy. Whether you are scheduling a health screening, a sports physical, a primary care visit, or any other type of appointment, follow these simple steps:
- Log in at www.carehere.com
- Click APPOINTMENTS (on the left of your screen under GENERAL)
- Click a day on the calendar
- Scroll down and select the provider and time of your choice
- Type in your reasons for the appointment (NOTE: Make 2 back-to-back appointments if you have 3 or more medications to discuss with your provider or if you are getting a full physical)
- Click CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT
You may edit or delete your appointment at any time prior to the appointment time. And you can always call (877) 423-1330; (406) 444-9930 in Helena; or (406) 969-5115 in Billings to make or change your appointment with a Montana Health Center.

The Montana Health Center run by CareHere
Whether you prefer wellness coaching in person, by phone, or by email, chances are CareHere has something for you. At a Montana Health Center near you, you can work with a Registered Nurse for help with blood pressure, asthma, medication management, and more; a Registered Dietitian for help with diabetes, losing weight, lowering cholesterol, and more; an Exercise Physiologist for help with exercise, including getting started; a Tobacco Cessation Coach to quit tobacco for good; and a Behavioral Health Coach for help with stress or getting connected to the Employee Assistance Program.

Active employees and non-Medicare retirees covered by the State plan and their dependents age two and older covered on the plan may receive all available services at the Montana Health Center.
Medicare retirees may use the Health Center for flu shots and their health screenings.
Employees injured at work may also go to the Montana Health Center
