Annual Change
The Annual Change period occurs every Fall, normally from mid September through mid October, and is your annual opportunity to modify your benefit choices. During this time, you can make changes to your health and life insurance and reenroll in vision insurance and flexible spending accounts for the upcoming plan year.
Annual Change for the 2009 Plan Year
The Annual Change period for the 2009 benefit year will begin on September 24, 2008. Changes made to your benefits during Annual Change become effective on January 1, 2009 (with the exception of Life Insurance plan changes that require approval). The deadline for changes is October 24, 2008.
State Share Contribution
The state share contribution is the monthly amount the State of Montana contributes toward the costs of State Plan insurance benefits for employees.
How Do I Enroll?

Employees can access this on-line application from their home or any public computer starting September 24, 2008.
