Early Return to Work
Employees are our most valued asset and we all rely on each other to get the job done each day. When a coworker suffers a disability and is unable to work, we all suffer the loss of a friend, lost work production, heavier work loads on fellow employees and the high costs of insurance that effect operations. Employees will no longer be 'lost' in the system. As soon as a treating physician releases a person to any level of work ability, we will get creative and identify alternatives in work that will allow a disabled employee to immediately return to work. This not only will relieve the stress in the office but more importantly, it will relieve the stress on the disabled employee.
Reporting an Injury
Filing a "First Report of Injury" is the initial step to get injured employees the medical care they need to heal their injury and get them back to work as soon as possible. Injured Employees should report an on-the-job injury as soon as it happens to an assigned staff person or supervisor and file a "First Report of Injury" form immediately thereafter. We strongly recommend filing within 24-hours of a reported accident.
